Principle of operation

The principle of operation of the autodialer program is the parallelism of calls, Autocaller automatically calls 50 contacts per unit of time.

Sequencing

  • The sequence of actions is set by you:
  • the contact database that needs to be called is entered into the CRM;
  • The administrator creates a dialogue tree with questions and expected answers by recording audio messages according to the structure of the dialogue; the administrator selects the subscriber's response options;
  • and finally launches the so-called 'autocall' (autocaller): CRM itself dials the client in the background, plays the created dialogue with an audio message from the administrator and collects the subscriber's responses

Auto redial actions

When making a notification, the system determines the state of the number of the called subscriber, in case of a busy number or no answer, the system repeats the call after a while. In this case, all possible telephone numbers of the subscriber are traversed in parallel. If the system did not get through a certain number of times, then the task is closed automatically as 'it is impossible to get through'
